Connecticut Casket Company LLC was founded in 2010 by the father and son team of Bill Covey and Drew Fraser.  Their vision was to bring a new line of products to the casket industry that people could afford and have never seen before. Using intricate old world designs, they created affordable dignified caskets that are 100% Earth friendly. In early 2011, the company added their handcrafted urn line. With the urn line’s success, the business went national in October 2011!

Green Burial Council

The Connecticut Casket Company is certified by the Green Burial Council.. The Green Burial Council is working to make partnerships between funeral homes and manufacturers and ensure that products and procedures used are to the upmost environmental standards.   www.GreenBurialCouncil.org

Rabbi Certification

Our Orthodox Jewish caskets are certified by Rabbi Adler of the Kashrut Commission of Greater Hartford supervised through the Beth David Synagogue. His certification confirms that our Orthodox product was not produced on the Jewish Sabbath and all materials are in accordance with tradition.
